市值第二大网上证券交易商 – TD Ameritrade
TD Ameritrade早期历史可追溯到1983成立的Ameritrade清算公司。公司依靠一系列购并实现快速扩张，比较有影响的是2006年1月，Ameritrade的母公司并购了TD Waterhouse USA，并将合并后的新公司改名为TD Ameritrade。2009年1月，TD Ameritrade又以6.06亿美金的价格收购了另一家上市的网上证券交易商Thinkorswim(NASDAQ:SWIM)。TD Ameritrade的控股母公司在NASDAQ上市，股票代码为AMTD，2009年11月底的市值为114亿美元，是仅次于嘉信理财的第二大网上证券交易商。
TD Ameritrade股票交易手续费为$9.99/笔，期权交易费为每笔$9.99+$0.75/份合约。TD Ameritrade现金账号没有最低开户资金要求，保证金账号和可以交易期权的账号最低开户资金要求为$2,000。对于没有交易的账号也不收账户维护费。
